Clinical Liaison for our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
Compensation: $65,000 - $80,000 Annual Salary

Position Description
You will serve as a field based Clinical Liaison for a skilled nursing facility in Baltimore, MD, developing census and referral volume through hospitals, case managers and discharge planners. This is a full time, field based position focused on community outreach and admissions growth. A clinical license is not required, and candidates from healthcare marketing, admissions or business development backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare marketing, admissions, liaison or business development
- Established relationships with hospitals, case managers or discharge planners preferred
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Comfortable working in the field and traveling throughout the Baltimore market
Responsibilities:
- Develop census and referral volume for the skilled nursing facility
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, case managers and discharge planners
- Represent the facility in the community and respond to referral opportunities
- Partner with facility leadership on admissions and census goals
