CMK Resources is seeking a strong, well-rounded onsite Help Desk / Desktop Support professional to support end users and troubleshoot both day-to-day and more complex technical issues within an enterprise environment.
Location: Houston, TX (The Woodlands area)
100% onsite
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite desktop and end-user support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve Microsoft O365, Active Directory, and endpoint support issues
- Support workstation deployments, configurations, and maintenance
- Handle escalated technical issues independently while maintaining strong customer service
- Document tickets, resolutions, and technical procedures accurately
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure timely issue resolution and operational continuity
Required Qualifications:
- 3–6 years of desktop/support experience
- Strong experience with Microsoft O365, Active Directory, and endpoint support
- Ability to work independently in an onsite support environment
- Prior hands-on or field support experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
