Key Responsibilities
- Employee Communication & Support
- Answer incoming calls and messages from employees.
- Provide clear guidance regarding job assignments, schedules, and company procedures.
- Respond to employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain consistent communication with active employees.
- Recruiting & Hiring Support
- Assist with job fairs and hiring events.
- Support candidates during the application process.
- Schedule interviews and follow up with applicants.
- Assist with job postings and candidate outreach.
- Employee Process Guidance
- Guide employees through required company procedures and documentation.
- Ensure employees understand next steps for assignments and work readiness.
- Provide instructions related to job placement and first-day expectations.
- Support employees with completion of required forms.
- Administrative & Documentation
- Organize, file and maintain employee records in compliance with company policies.
- Ensure documentation is complete, accurate and properly maintained.
- Prepare and manage employee files and internal records.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills (email, documents, messaging platforms, social media).
- Prior administrative, staffing, or HR support experience is preferred.
- Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour.
- Classification: Non-Exempt (eligible for overtime in accordance with FLSA).
- Work schedule will be assigned based on business needs.
- Employees may be provided a 30-minute unpaid meal period, in accordance with company policy and operational needs.
- Office-based position.
