Club Pilates Grand Oaks is looking for a Senior Sales Associate who brings energy, drive, and genuine passion for helping our studio grow. If you thrive in a fast-paced, member-focused environment and take pride in delivering an exceptional experience, we want to meet you.

What You Will Do:

Drive Sales

• Confidently sell memberships, packages, and retail—both in-studio and over the phone.
• Follow up with leads quickly and effectively to convert interest into action.

Create an Incredible First Impression

• Be the welcoming, energetic face of our studio.
• Greet every guest with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm.

Engage & Communicate

• Connect with prospects and members through in-person conversation, phone calls, text, and email.
• Build relationships that keep members excited and engaged.

Support Our Growing Studio

• Assist with scheduling, lead management, and community events.
• Be a reliable partner to your team and contribute to our overall success.

Promote the Club Pilates Brand

• Share promotions, events, and offerings to drive awareness and build our community.

What We Are Looking For:

• A sales-driven mindset with the confidence to close deals.
• Outgoing, personable, and comfortable talking to anyone.
• Excellent communication skills—face-to-face, phone, and written.
• A reliable, organized self-starter who takes initiative without being asked.
• Passion for health, fitness, and helping people improve their lives.
• Looking for 20 - 25 hrs per week mostly during 8am -5pm with some evening or weekend

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of proven sales experience (preferably in a customer-facing or service-based environment).
• Strong interest in health, wellness, and fitness.
