POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Studio Manager to oversee all daily studio operations—from sales leadership and lead generation to staff management and member retention. The ideal candidate is a confident sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at building community, and is passionate about driving revenue across all four core streams: Memberships, Retail, Private Training, and Teacher Training.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sales & Revenue Leadership: Drive lead generation through grassroots marketing, community networking, and digital campaigns. Execute and manage the sales process to convert prospective leads into Intro Classes and active members.
• Team Management & Development: Supervise, train, and mentor Sales Representatives. Manage master staff schedules and foster a high-performing, welcoming team culture.
• Studio Operations: Maintain high standards for studio cleanliness, organization, inventory tracking, and supply management. Enforce Club Pilates policies and procedures.
• Financial & Administrative Management: Utilize studio software (Club Ready) to manage revenue, track attendance, pull performance metrics, and resolve outstanding dues.
• Community & Member Retention: Strategically plan and execute member retention events, community pop-ups, and studio promotions to maintain an active, engaged member base.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Experience: 2 years of fitness sales, retail sales, or service sales experience.
• Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Fitness Management, or a related field preferred.
• Sales Proficiency: Proven track record in generating personal sales and coaching sales team members to hit targets.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills across in-person, phone, and email interactions.
• Technical Skills: Tech-savvy with strong computer proficiency; experience with Club Ready or similar studio management software is a major plus.
• Leadership & Professionalism: Highly organized, detail-oriented, trustworthy, and skilled at problem-solving with sound judgment under changing priorities.
• Passion: A genuine affinity for health, wellness, and fitness.
