Club Pilates offers group reformer classes in various formats and levels to accommodate everyone seeking to learn Pilates and hone their fitness expertise. Club Pilates is a well-established, nation-wide brand, committed to providing affordable and accessible Pilates to the community.

Class formats target a wide range of clients’ needs – from young to more senior and beginner to advanced. Club Pilates was one of the first studios to create a 450-hour Teacher Training Program designed to thoroughly and safely teach group Pilates apparatus classes. Club Pilates 450 instructors provide over 6 million workouts a year to tens of thousands of members.

Job Summary:

As a Member Sales & Service Associate of Club Pilates Mililani, you will be responsible for new membership sales by bringing new members to the studio, as well as attending marketing events, assisting with social media content, and administrative work. The Associates also assist with retaining current members by providing excellence customer service, answering membership questions, and assisting members with their membership at Club Pilates Mililani.

Member Sales & Service Associates will be responsible for keeping the studio in a clean and presentable condition by regularly cleaning the studio floors, equipment, and facilities.

Pilates fitness knowledge or background is preferred but not required. This position reports to the studio’s General Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute our sales process of lead generation, follow-up, and close
• Provide excellent customer service to clients in person, on the phone, and through email
• Make outbound calls, texts and emails to prospective members daily
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota
• Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship to identify individual goals and desired accomplishments
• Present available services and tailored membership options to current or prospective members
• Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the studio
• Assist in monitoring and updating social media sites, staff scheduling, sub requests, errands and studio needs.
• Provide excellent customer service answering questions, assisting and helping members.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of studio daily

Qualifications & Skills:

· Must have evening and weekend availability

· Customer Service focused

· Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required. Fitness experience a plus but not a must.

· Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy to complete daily sales tasks and actively maintain customer database

· Flexible and able to work under pressure while maintaining professional, friendly demeanor in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

· Punctual, reliable, trustworthy and maintains confidentiality

· Proficient computer skills

· We are looking for night shift availability, ability to work between 6 – 9 pm weeknights, and weekend shifts.

• Drive the studio's 4 revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18 per hour (hourly rate commission)
