The Senior Net Revenue Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing healthcare net revenue processes, including reimbursement modeling, revenue accounting, and financial analytics across payor types (commercial government).
This role sits at the intersection of finance, healthcare operations, and data analytics, supporting accurate revenue recognition and strategic financial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and manage net revenue and reimbursement structures
- Work with commercial & government payor data
- Perform revenue accounting and financial modeling
- Use tools like Kodiak (Crowe) for revenue cycle analytics
- Extract and analyze data from systems (Excel, Lawson, etc.)
- Support leadership with insights on revenue performance and optimization
- Ensure compliance with healthcare reimbursement policies
Required Qualifications
- 7 years of net revenue experience
- Strong revenue accounting knowledge
- Experience with Kodiak (Crowe)
- Deep understanding of:
- Healthcare reimbursement models
- Payor mix (Medicare, Medicaid, commercial)
- Must be based in Houston area
