We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to provide individualized care in a supportive environment, with a strong focus on patient outcomes and professional development.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide one-on-one patient care
• Evaluate and treat patients with neurological and orthopedic conditions
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
• Track patient progress and adjust care as needed
• Educate patients and caregivers on recovery and prevention

• First Step Recovery Model (including CCH training provided)
Requirements
• Licensed Physical Therapist in Georgia (or eligible)
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
