We are seeking an experienced Aerospace Manufacturing Operations Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations and drive operational excellence within a fast-paced aerospace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage production operations, scheduling, and workflow
• Lead and develop manufacturing teams
• Ensure compliance with AS9100, FAA, and EASA standards
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
• Monitor KPIs, budgets, and operational efficiency
• Coordinate with supply chain and inventory teams
Requirements:
• 8 years of aerospace manufacturing operations experience
• 3 years in a management or leadership role
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
• Strong understanding of aerospace manufacturing processes
• Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma experience preferred
