Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and AWS services.
- Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot Amazon Connect, SIP, and VOIP systems.
- Develop and optimize contact flows, IVR, and call routing strategies.
- Integrate Amazon Connect with AWS services and automate workflows using Python.
- Build and maintain real-time audio/video solutions with WebRTC for web.
- Manage SIP trunking, DID, and Toll-Free Numbers; coordinate with telecom providers.
- Ensure security and compliance with AWS best practices and regulatory standards.
- Conduct interoperability testing, quality assurance, and performance optimization.
- Integrate contact center platforms with ServiceNow CRM for seamless workflow.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in contact flows, agent connectivity, and integrations.

Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and support cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and AWS services.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform for automated cloud resource provisioning.
- Build, deploy, and optimize applications and integrations using Python (or Java) within the AWS ecosystem.
- Engineer and manage Amazon Connect environments, including configuration of IAM, Lex, Lambda, KMS, S3, and Kinesis.
- Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins/Jules and manage code repositories with Git/Bitbucket.
- Rapidly prototype proof-of-concept solutions and scale them to production-ready systems.
- Implement and support RESTful APIs for contact center integrations and automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and resilient voice solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement in infrastructure engineering, automation, and data fluency.
- Support container orchestration and deployment in AWS Cloud environments.
