We are seeking a Cyber Security Disaster Recovery Specialist who will support our client to determine recovery time and recovery point objectives for critical applications and services. This role will assess business impact, evaluate application recovery needs, and help define practical recovery strategies that support operational continuity across environments. The ideal candidate is analytical, collaborative, and experienced in aligning business priorities with disaster recovery planning.
Duties:
- Program area specific application and data RTO and RPO for disaster recovery.
- Application Inventory
- Business Impact and Risk analysis
- Work with development team and business team to determine appropriate RPO and RTO
- Develop recovery strategies
- Create environmentally agnostic DR security patterns
- Associates degree or combination of experience and education
- 7 years of Cybersecurity and IT infrastructure experience
- 5 years of experience defining RTO/RPO for enterprise applications, conducting business impact analysis, and aligning recovery objectives with technical feasibility
- 5 years of Disaster Recovery planning experience
- 5 years of experience conducting enterprise application inventory
