A hospital system in Southern New Hampshire is looking to hire a Human Resources Manager on a permanent basis.
The person in this role will manage a team of 4 HRBPs who are responsible for employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement within their assigned business units.
This role is on-site in Nashua, NH.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback Manage Payroll and benefits for employees
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Prior HR Management experience (people/teams management)
- Employee Relations experience (including investigations)
- Experience working at mid-size to large / more complex organization
- Able to commute to and work in Nashua, NH on daily basis
- Hospital experience strongly preferred
Salary : $120,000 - $130,000
