Summary:
The Practice Operations & Marketing Lead plays a central role in coordinating the operational, marketing, and administrative functions of the practice. This position is responsible for website management, collaboration across all marketing initiatives, patient complaint resolution, public relations support, project coordination, and staffing organization. This role works closely with clinical and leadership teams but does not have direct supervisory responsibility.
Essential Functions:
- Oversee content updates, accuracy, and functionality of the practice website
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to maintain brand consistency and compliance
- Monitor website performance and recommend improvements to support patient engagement
- Coordinate and support all marketing initiatives, including digital, social media, email, and print efforts
- Ensure consistent branding, messaging, and tone across platforms
- Assist with campaign planning, execution, and tracking
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patient complaints and service concerns
- Document, investigate, and coordinate resolution of issues in a timely and professional manner
- Identify recurring themes and recommend process improvements to enhance patient experience
- Assist with public relations efforts, including online reputation management and community communications
- Draft and coordinate responses to patient feedback and public inquiries
