Clinical Magnet (part of Icon Medical) is looking for a Director of Nursing (DON) to join our partner's team in the Suffolk, Virginia area.
This is a DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY
Key Responsibilities:
As the Director of Nursing in a SNF setting it is your responsibility to organize, develop, manage, and direct the overall operations of the Nursing Service Department in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern the community. The Director of Nursing is to work directly with the Administrator and the Medical Director to ensure the highest degree of quality of care is maintained for each resident at all times. Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Nursing Policies and Procedures.
Key Requirements:
- 5-years DON experience (LTC, SNF preferred)
- Unencumbered RN license
- CPR or BLS certification
Compensation and Schedule:
- Full-time, day shift (coverage as needed)
- $110,000
- $10,000 Sign-On Bonus!
