Your Impact as DON:
- Provide strategic and operational oversight of all nursing services
- Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff to deliver high-quality care
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Develop and oversee individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team
- Drive quality assurance, infection control, and risk management programs
- Partner with the Administrator to promote clinical excellence and a positive work culture
- Active RN license in Virginia
- 3 years of nursing leadership experience in long-term care or skilled nursing
- Strong knowledge of CMS and Virginia state regulations
- Proven ability to lead, develop, and retain high-performing teams
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Passion for resident-centered care and clinical excellence
