Clients First Business Solutions seeks a full time Office Administrator/Accounting Assistant.
Clients First is an Business Software reseller & implementor along with the installation, support and hosting of these solutions.
The Office Administrator/ Accounting Assistant is responsible for performing the general recordkeeping and communication activities required to keep an office functioning.
Their duties include:
- Filing and organizing records
- Distributing memos throughout an office and fielding inquiries from clients.
- This person will coordinate the onboarding of new employees and assist with coordinating responsibilities.
- This person will also be required to assist with maintaining stock of office supplies and responding to requests from management.
- This position requires strong communication skills and will be involved in making collections calls to clients.
- Cash application and payables management are also responsibilities for this position.
Basic understanding of accounting and Microsoft office functionality required. Associates degree in accounting preferred.
Experience with ConnectWise and Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is a plus.
