Administrative Assistant for a local CPA firm. This is a front desk position with client interaction. Part-time temporary. Flexible hours with approximately 35 hours a week January through April. A minimum of a 2-year administrative assistant or accounting degree preferred, proficiency in WORD and EXCEL required. Answer phones, correspond with clientele, data entry, input income tax returns, general office duties.
Self-starter. Quick learner along with great self-review of work and telephone skills. Experience working in a fast pace office a plus. Punctuality important along with accurate grammar required.
