Job Summary
Administers Cleveland State University’s (CSU) employee benefit and leave programs, including health, wellness, retirement, and leave policies while ensuring compliance with federal, state, local, and CSU’s guidelines. Delivers high-quality customer service through multiple communication channels by assisting employees with eligibility, enrollment, leaves, and accommodation requests. Acts as a liaison between employees and carriers and is responsible for maintaining compliance and data integrity across all systems. Performs other functionally related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience in benefit administration and full-cycle leave of absence event processing.
- Related work experience may be substituted for the education requirement. One (1) year of related work experience can be substituted for one (1) year of education. For example, a candidate with a high school diploma, GED, or state recognized equivalent and four (4) years of related work experience can be eligible to apply.
