Serves as key contributor in leading organizational change and effectiveness. Leads workforce transformation and employee development. Designs and implements learning strategies, supports, and facilitates initiatives that enhance employee engagement, leadership capability, and institutional performance. Performs other functionally related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in HR, organizational development, business administration, education, psychology, or a related field.
- Five (5) years of experience in Human Resources, organizational development, learning and development, change management, or related areas.
- Experience developing and delivering employee training and leadership development programs.
- Experience supporting organizational change initiatives, process improvements, and HR technology adoption.
- Experience with Human Capital Management (HCM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform or LMS.
