Cleveland Menu is a 3rd generation family-owned business that has been serving the hospitality industry since 1930 and specializes in the design and production of high-quality leather, metal, wood and printed menu covers. We are a fast paced, rapidly growing organization that is looking for candidates with a proven track record of reliability and desire to grow with the company.
The Print Finisher is responsible for completing the final stages of the print production process, including cutting, folding, and laminating.
Shift
- 2nd Shift: 1:15pm - 9:15pm
- 3rd Shift: 9:00pm - 5:00am
Essential Job Duties
- Operate finishing equipment such as guillotine cutters, folders, and laminators.
- Adjust machinery as needed prior to starting the project.
- Review job tickets and production schedules to ensure accurate job execution.
- Perform manual tasks including hand folding.
- Ensure that the company’s safety regulations and procedures are followed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Ability to operate or learn to operate a variety of finishing equipment.
- Attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to read and interpret job tickets, layouts, and specifications.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
Education/Experience
- High school diploma or GED.
- 2 years of print finishing or related production experience is preferred.

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements
This position operates in a manufacturing plant environment and is exposed to fluctuating temperatures in certain areas; noises; working around machinery with moving parts; working in close proximity to others; and exposure to strong odors. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to lift/move/carry up to 50 pounds; stand and walk for extended periods of time; use hands to handle or feel objects or controls; stoop/kneel/bend/crouch to reach material; and operate machinery and/or power tools.
