Corporate Sales Support Manager (CSSM) Verona, WI

The Job:

• Construction Sales & Support Management Role
• Direct Management of outside sales staff at the Verona Branch Office
• Collaborate with Sales and Production Teams for Efficient Project completion;
• Assure transparent communication across all cross functional teams;
• Assist with the special pricing of certain sales projects;
• Complete directives as assigned by the Director of Sales;
• Enjoy a variety of work assignments, no two days are alike;

Qualifications:

• Certificate / Degree in Construction/Business Management or minimum of 3 years of industry experience;
• Extensive knowledge of construction and general contracting in commercial and residential settings;
• Experience with Scheduling, Database, and Microsoft Office software;
• Ability to travel to building project sites around the company as needed;
• Great Customer Service and Organizational skills;
• Excellent Communications skills;
• Superior ability to Multi-task;

Compensation / Benefits:

• Starting Salary of $70,000-$85,000, plus incentive bonus plan based on experience;
