Carpenter
Compensation: $24.00 – $32.00 per hour based on experience
Plus: Structured pay increases within the first 6 months

The Job

Join a respected team of construction professionals building high-quality pre-engineered post frame structures.

As a Cleary Carpenter, you will:

• Construct post frame buildings from the ground up

• Operate a variety of basic hand and power tools

• Work at heights on ladders and aerial platforms (up to 35 feet)

• Enjoy stable, year-round employment

• Work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Continuously learn and develop skills in carpentry, framing, and construction

• Deliver value and quality to clients on every project

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Comfortable working in all weather conditions

• Prior experience in construction or the trades is a plus – but not required

• Willing to learn and grow in the role
