Our Client is seeking a Source-to-Pay (S2P) Technology Lead to provide interim support during a temporary leave. This is a 6–7 month contract role with potential for extension, expected to start in early to mid-June to allow for a smooth transition and knowledge transfer. This role will partner closely with the S2P Technology team to ensure continuity of operations and successful delivery of key initiatives.

This role will partner closely with the S2P Technology team to ensure continuity of operations and successful delivery of key initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of Source-to-Pay processes and supporting technologies
- Support and manage platforms such as ProcessUnity (Third-Party Risk Management), DocuSign (eSignature, GxP and non-GxP), Icertis (Contract Lifecycle Management), and Coupa (Procure-to-Pay and eSourcing); familiarity with Concur (Travel & Expense) is a plus
- Provide day-to-day support, maintenance, and enhancement guidance across S2P systems
- Lead team operations including 1:1s, mentoring, and weekly team meetings
- Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to deliver key initiatives, including:
- Implementation of an S2P orchestration solution to improve guided buying experiences and integrate with AI-driven tools
- Enhancements to Third-Party Risk Management capabilities, including system improvements and integrations
- Expansion of Contract Lifecycle Management capabilities, including new integrations and AI-enabled features
- Development and implementation of analytics and invoicing enhancements within the procure-to-pay ecosystem
- Support additional enterprise initiatives impacting S2P systems and integrations
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to align on priorities and execution
- Communicate effectively across all levels, including presenting updates to leadership
- Proven experience with Source-to-Pay processes and platforms such as ProcessUnity, DocuSign, Icertis, Coupa, and (ideally) Concur
- Strong project execution and delivery skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives
- Ability to manage both operational responsibilities and strategic project work
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- 2–5 years of relevant experience
- Experience with SOX and GxP environments is a plus
