Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior accounting and finance roles, including Controllers and leadership positions
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-performing accounting talent
- Partner closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for executive-level candidates
- Provide market insights and talent data to stakeholders
- Guide hiring managers through the recruitment process, from intake to offer negotiation
- Deliver a professional and transparent candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Continuously improve recruiting processes and strategies
Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in executive or specialized recruiting (accounting, finance, or leadership roles)
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes
- Ability to influence and partner with senior-level stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of recruiting pipelines
- Experience recruiting for private equity-backed companies or high-growth organizations
- Exposure to trades, industrial services, or field operations industries
