Key Responsibilities
Full Cycle Recruiting
- Manage the end to end recruitment process for high volume and hard to fill roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements and develop hiring strategies.
- Create engaging job postings and sourcing plans to attract quality candidates.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Leverage ATS, CRM tools, and analytics to track and optimize sourcing performance.
- Conduct phone screens and assessments as needed.
- Recommend top candidates to hiring managers and advise on selection decisions.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback sessions, and candidate communication.
- Consult with leadership on workforce planning and hiring priorities.
- Provide updates on recruiting metrics, progress, and market insights.
- Ensure alignment with company culture, values, and diversity initiatives.
- Improve recruitment workflows for efficiency and candidate satisfaction.
- Ensure all recruiting activities comply with federal, state, and company hiring policies.
- Maintain accurate documentation within the ATS and follow data?integrity standards.
- 3–5 years of experience in full cycle recruiting.
- Proven success filling roles in fast paced or high volume environments.
- Skilled in sourcing strategies, Boolean search, job?board management, and social recruiting.
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
- Excellent communication, relationship building, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with ATS systems ( Bullhorn or similar).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong understanding of recruitment compliance and best practices.
- Experience recruiting for warehouse, logistics, administrative, professional, or technical roles.
- Knowledge of diversity hiring strategies and market research techniques.
Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
