As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will lead the effort in delivering high quality candidates for Client's hiring needs. You will be responsible for advancing the Client across numerous markets in professional communities, while guiding hiring managers and candidates through client's selection process.
The successful candidate will:
- Perform full life cycle recruiting by building excellent relationships with hiring managers, candidates and the entire client's community.
- Have the opportunity to exercise a wide degree of creativity in generating new candidate leads.

Skills Required
- Full-life cycle recruiting expertise: Proven experience in managing the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, qualifying candidates, networking, assessing candidates, and relationship management.
- Strategic recruitment: Ability to recruit for a broad and deep range of positions across multiple locations, with a focus on national and multi-location recruitment.
- Collaboration and partnership: Skilled at partnering with hiring teams to build effective recruiting strategies, sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches, with a focus on managing customer and partner expectations.
- Organizational and documentation skills: Ability to maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring manager interactions, and other recruiting activities in an applicant tracking system.
- Compliance and process adherence: Strong understanding of and ability to comply with various processes and procedures, including those related to recruitment, talent acquisition, and Department of Defense (DOD) regulations.
- Prior experience with DOD contract administrators: Experience recruiting contract administrators for DOD or similar organizations, with a focus on understanding the unique requirements and regulations associated with these roles.
Skills Preferred
- Familiarity with Brass Ring Kenexa applicant tracking system
- Familiarity with Phenom Candidate Relationship (CRM)
- Familiarity with Paradox
Experience Required
- 6 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Education Required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

- A seasoned professional with a strong background in recruitment in the DOD space with experience recruiting Contract Administrator and Subcontract Administrator roles.
