In this role, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs for children (ages 0-6) with autism and other developmental disabilities. You will play a key role in helping clients reach meaningful developmental milestones.

Responsibilities
- Implement ABA intervention programs designed by the supervising BCBA
- Collect accurate and objective data during each therapy session
- Support skill development in communication, social interaction, and daily living activities
- Assist with behavior reduction strategies for challenging behaviors
- Maintain clear communication with BCBAs and clinical staff
- Complete timely and accurate documentation in line with company policies and HIPAA guidelines
- Active RBT certification (required)
- Active Florida Medicaid Provider ID (required)
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel, and engage in physical activity for 6-8 hours/day
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred)
- Strong observational and data collection skills
- Excellent communication skills and professionalism
- Ability to remain patient and composed in high-energy environments
- Bilingual proficiency
- Experience with Central Reach
- Prior experience working with children
