What We Offer our RBT's:
- Pay: $20 – $24/hour (based on experience)
- Hours: Part-Time (15-25 hrs/ wk)
- Flexible scheduling
- Paid onboarding training

- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy (home, school, or clinic)
- Follow treatment plans from a BCBA
- Track progress data & support family success
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification a must
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with children preferred
- Reliable transportation & background check
- Orange Co Schools badge a plus
