Pay: $51,358 to $65,000/year (depending on experience)

Education: A degree in nutrition with licensure as a Registered Dietitian. Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Certifications

• Registered Dietitian (RD) certification.

Job Description

• Provide one-on-one nutritional counseling to create personalized treatment plans based on clinician referrals.
• Lead engaging group sessions, empowering patients to manage and overcome nutrition-related conditions.
• Design and launch innovative nutrition programs and services tailored to diverse patient needs.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals as a trusted consultant to address and prevent nutrition-related health challenges.
• Partner with physicians to deliver comprehensive care for diabetic patients, driving impactful health outcomes.
• Craft compelling educational materials to inspire and inform both students and clinicians.
• Deliver in-service programs for clinicians, showcasing the latest in nutritional insights and strategies.
• Align nutrition services with patients’ medical goals for a truly holistic approach to care.
• Monitor, evaluate, and document the nutritional status of hospitalized and outpatient individuals with precision.
• Continuously refine and implement educational resources to meet evolving patient and professional needs.
