Job Description
- Provide one-on-one nutritional counseling to create personalized treatment plans based on clinician referrals.
- Lead engaging group sessions, empowering patients to manage and overcome nutrition-related conditions.
- Design and launch innovative nutrition programs and services tailored to diverse patient needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals as a trusted consultant to address and prevent nutrition-related health challenges.
- Partner with physicians to deliver comprehensive care for diabetic patients, driving impactful health outcomes.
- Craft compelling educational materials to inspire and inform both students and clinicians.
- Deliver in-service programs for clinicians, showcasing the latest in nutritional insights and strategies.
- Align nutrition services with patients’ medical goals for a truly holistic approach to care.
- Monitor, evaluate, and document the nutritional status of hospitalized and outpatient individuals with precision.
- Continuously refine and implement educational resources to meet evolving patient and professional needs.
- Deep understanding of nutritional care principles and their practical applications.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to connect, inspire, and inform.
- Proven ability to design and lead impactful nutrition education programs.
