Position: Accounting Specialist

Location: Fairhope, AL

Pay: $24–$26/hour

Experience: At least 5 years of experience in accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m

Job Description

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports and records.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of transactions.
• Record and post journal entries.
• Maintain accurate accounting documentation and records.
• Support daily accounting operations and financial activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
  
  

Position Requirements

• Experience with accounting software (such as Onesite) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to complete tasks on time and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proven team player with a collaborative mindset.
