Pay: $22/hour

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Day Shift

Clark Personnel is seeking an Entry-Level Inspector to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description

• Performing visual inspections for defects inspects and approves incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.
• Communicates non-conforming materials orally and in writing to affected team members including machine operators and leadership
• Documents and maintains inspection records both electronically and in writing
• Collaborates with Quality to recognize material defects and to relate to equipment failures
• Properly follow the Company and OSHA safety and standard operating procedures
• Support Operations as needed to meet business objectives
• Approves finished products by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests,
• Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, and complying with legal regulations.

Position Requirements

• Proven experience as quality inspector for product manufacturing or relevant role
• Prior experience identifying damaged or defective products.
• Experience with measuring devices such as meters, gauges, computers, calipers, and other measuring instruments
• Knowledge use of equipment to ensure it is safe and well-maintained and discard any that doesn’t meet requirements
• Knowledge of quality control standards and testing methodologies
• Dexterity typing skills
