Position: IT Technician

Location: Mobile, AL

Pay: $21/hour

Experience: 1 to 3 years of previous IT experience is required.

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Clark Personnel is seeking a IT Technician to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description

• Provision users, provide technical assistance and maintain systems
• Acquire, configure and deliver IT equipment (computers, printers, phones etc.)
• Troubleshoot computer problems and operate technology systems
• Provide comprehensive customer onboarding activities and ensure customers fully understand how to use and manage all company products/services
• Resolve client issues and concerns, finding quick and effective solutions
• Provide excellent customer service, providing assistance to customers and guests on a wide variety of requests and issues
• Maintain accurate data & notes in a CRM (or other similar database)
  
  

Position Requirements

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work well in a fast-paced environment.
