Job Description
- Analyze production and operational costs to identify trends and variances.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Prepare cost reports and performance summaries for leadership.
- Assist in developing cost estimates for manufacturing processes and projects.
- Partner with operations teams to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Contribute to capital expenditure planning and business cases.
- Perform ad hoc financial and data analysis for plant leadership.
- 1–2 years of experience in cost accounting, financial analysis, or related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Exposure to manufacturing or industrial environments (internship or full-time).
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP is a plus, not required).
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
