Position: Paralegal

Location: Daphne, AL

Pay: $25/hour

Experience: 2 years of experience in Alabama and Florida law; litigation, insurance, wrongful death, and construction/condo law are strongly preferred.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Paralegal Studies or Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies.

Type: Full-time; Contract.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Job Description

• Support attorneys in litigation, insurance, wrongful death, and construction/condo law matters.
• Draft, organize, and prepare legal documents and case files.
• Conduct legal research related to Alabama and Florida law.
• Manage case deadlines, filings, and legal correspondence.
• Assist with discovery and trial preparation activities.
• Maintain accurate, organized case documentation.
• Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, and external parties.
