Clark Hill is seeking an experienced Associate to join our litigation practice in Denver, CO. This is a full-time position with the ability to work remotely two days per week. All candidates must have 2 years of litigation practice experience and an active Colorado bar license.

- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast paced, high-volume environment
- Range of commercial litigation experience, including file responsibility, motion practice, and deposition and courtroom experience
- Exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills
- Strong academic and legal writing credentials
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with a solid work ethic
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Salary : $170,000 - $190,000
