This opportunity is ideal for a mid-level to senior attorney with 5–7 years of experience handling complex environmental, regulatory, and commercial litigation matters.
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience navigating federal and state regulatory agencies, managing administrative proceedings, and litigating sophisticated environmental and business disputes.

Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in complex environmental and regulatory matters
- Handle litigation involving environmental compliance, enforcement actions, and administrative proceedings
- Appear before federal and state agencies, administrative tribunals, and courts
- Draft motions, briefs, legal memoranda, and regulatory filings
- Conduct legal research and develop litigation and regulatory strategies
- Advise clients on environmental laws, regulations, and agency requirements
- Manage discovery, hearings, and other litigation-related matters
- Collaborate with clients and legal teams on high-stakes business and environmental disputes
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- 5–7 years of environmental, regulatory, and complex commercial litigation experience
- Strong experience with administrative law, agency proceedings, and regulatory enforcement matters
- Experience handling matters before federal and state agencies and courts
- Demonstrated knowledge of environmental laws and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
- Federal clerkship experience strongly preferred
- Strong academic credentials required
