Clark Hill is seeking a Project Attorney to assist its Tax and Estate group in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a temporary, hourly role with an open-ended duration. Candidates must have 3 years of relevant practice experience and an active Pennsylvania bar license.
The Project Attorney will assist with the preparation of estate planning documents; income tax planning; estate and gift tax planning; trust and estate administration; and business succession planning. Prior tax and estate planning experience is required for consideration. The Attorney will be expected to go onsite for training purposes but can work remotely after that point.
All Project Attorneys are W2 employees. The pay range for this role is $100-125/hr. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is not eligible for an annual discretionary bonus or firm benefits.
