Job Description
Manufacturing and distribution company located in Essex County is seeking a Sr. Tax Accountant. Qualifications include preparation of Federal & State corporate income tax returns, preparation of quarterly and annual tax provisions from both, ASC 740 (FASB109 & FIN48) and 404 control perspective as well as reviewing and monitoring changes in domestic tax legislation. Must have 3 years of public or corporate tax experience and BS degree in Accounting. CPA or Masters’ degree highly preferred.
