Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general support across multiple HR functions, including employee services and internal processes
- Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and other employee lifecycle activities
- Maintain and update employee records and systems
- Respond to employee inquiries and help resolve routine issues
- Support recruiting efforts through coordination and communication with candidates
- Help manage various HR-related programs and initiatives
- Coordinate meetings, documentation, and general administrative tasks
- Partner with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors as needed
- Ensure processes are followed in alignment with company policies and applicable guidelines
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in a human resources or administrative support role
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with HR systems or related tools is a plus
