Job Description
• Specialized accounting transaction experience including due diligence, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and integrations.
• Responsible for intercompany accounting transactions such as planning, budgeting, forecasting, cost saving, automating work flow and streamlining processes.
• Support the Month End Closing process
• Assist with external audits
• Research and adhere to GAAP accounting policies
• Coordination financial through mergers and acquisition business transactions
• Develop KPI performance reporting
• Evaluate financial hypothesis for risk and opportunity
Qualifications
• Bachelors Degree in Accounting
• CPA Preferred
• 5 years of public accounting experience
• SAP technical skills
Additional Information
$130K plus bonus
