Exciting opportunity to join a growing/profitable company!! This professional will report into the Controller and play a large part in the day to day accounting. The Property Accountant will perform bank recs, monthly P&L reports, cash projections on properties, budgeting, year-end audits and assist with A/P and A/R. Requirements include BS in Accounting/Finance, strong Excel skills & experience with Yardi or MRI and 3 plus years of property accounting experience(Commercial experience preferred).
