What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Financial Controller position at Clark Davis Associates?
Exciting opportunity to join a growing company that is in serious growth mode! This is a highly visible role that is newly created due to recent growth. The Assistant Controller will play a large part in the day to general accounting, assist the external auditors, oversee AP and AR and will be responsible the SEC Reporting that will include 10K, 10Q and footnotes. MUST have strong SEC experience for this role and experience in taking a company public a huge plus!! Prior pharma or medical devices industry experience preferred. Remote role with occasional meetings in Tri-state area. Qualifications include: BS in Accounting, public accounting experience as well as corporate accounting experience, 4 plus years of hands-on SEC experience and must have CPA! East coast candidates only please!!!
Salary : $140,000 - $160,000
