Must have the ability to read and interpret written material and instructions.
Ability to understand and follow oral instructions.
Ability to communicate effectively orally.

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
One year of experience in laboring work including the use of tools and equipment used in maintenance and related work.
Applicants must have the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; reach, bend squat and kneel on a recurring basis throughout the day;
