What are the responsibilities and job description for the Special Education Department Temporary Full-time or Temporary Part-time Pool 2018-2022 position at Clarion University of Pennsylvania?
A minimum of a Master’s degree in special education or a related field (see below) is required. The successful candidate(s) will have teaching experiences serving individuals with disabilities and ACT 33 and 34, and FBI clearances, and Special Education Certification and/or Reading Specialist Certification. Individuals may teach undergraduate and graduate courses to special education teacher candidates, advise students as well as supervise student teachers. The candidate must complete a successful interview.
Preferred QualificationsExperience with on-line instruction
Doctorate in Special Education
BCBA or BCBA-D in good standing
Certified CLM Coordinator or at minimum Certified CLM Coach with at least 2 years experience and currently enrolled in CLM coordinator-in-Training coursework

Additional InformationThe College of Arts and Sciences at Clarion University is seeking to expand the current temporary faculty pool to teach various undergraduate courses for the (first AY), (second AY), and (third AY) academic years. Applicants in previous pools will have to reapply to be considered. All positions are contingent upon the availability of funding.
