Qualified individuals must be able to perform strenuous work on a full time basis and be able to lift and carry up to 25 – 50 pounds without assistance; ability to grasp and handle materials and equipment; ability to work on feet 80%-90% of each day; ability to climb and work on ladders.
Preferred QualificationsPreference will be given to applicant with one year prior experience in a professional grounds keeping capacity.
