We’re hiring for a key leadership role on our Millwright team at CL Construction. 🔧🌾
While the title may be “Millwright Project Manager,” we’re open to the right background and experience level.
This could be a great fit for someone with experience in:
• Grain elevator operations or management
• Industrial construction
• Agricultural construction
• Millwright supervision or project management
• Plant operations or maintenance leadership
• Field operations leadership
We’re looking for someone who understands how to lead projects, solve problems, communicate with customers, and keep work moving safely and efficiently.
In this role, you’ll:
✔ Manage projects from estimating through completion
✔ Work closely with field leaders and customers
✔ Track budgets, schedules, and project progress
✔ Support crews and drive execution
✔ Help identify and secure new work opportunities
