- Lead and manage projects to meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with owners, architects, and internal teams during all project phases.
- Oversee project schedules, contracts, cost management, safety, and closeout.
- Ensure clear documentation and effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Foster strong relationships within the community to position MCL for future opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or Architectural).
- 8 years of commercial construction experience, with 3 years in a project management role.
- Proficient in project management technology and the Microsoft suite.
- Strong work ethic with a passion for construction, process improvement, and team development.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Experience with GMP and CMAR contracting is a plus.
- Technical Expert: Deep knowledge of construction processes, project management tools, and innovative technologies.
- Thorough: Meticulous attention to detail in managing project tasks and team performance.
