Concrete Operations Manager / Senior Project Manager

We’re hiring a leader for our Concrete Division at CL Construction

This could be the right fit for a:

• Senior Project Manager

• Concrete Operations Leader

• Division Manager

• Director-level concrete professional

We’re less focused on titles and more focused on finding the right person to help lead and grow the division.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Knows concrete operations inside and out

• Can lead teams while still staying connected to the field

• Builds strong relationships with customers and crews

• Understands schedules, budgets, manpower, and execution

• Wants to mentor future leaders and help build something long term

This role will work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and leadership to drive operational success across multiple projects. It’s a high-impact opportunity for someone who wants a seat at the table and the ability to truly influence the direction of a growing division.
