Human Resources Intern

ABOUT THE ROLE

The HR Intern will gain hands-on experience supporting key HR functions, including payroll processing, compensation analysis, HR reporting, and HRIS administration. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in developing analytical and operational skills within a fast-paced, global organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with payroll preparation and audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Support compensation analysis, including market benchmarking and internal data tracking
• Maintain and update employee records within the HRIS system (ADP or equivalent)
• Generate and analyze HR reports (headcount, turnover, compensation, etc.)
• Assist with data validation, reporting dashboards, and process documentation
• Support HR team with ad hoc projects and administrative tasks

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas preferred)
• Interest in HR operations, data analytics, and systems
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with HRIS systems (ADP, Workday, etc.)
• Prior internship or coursework in HR, finance, or analytics
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Korean language proficiency is a plus

Pay rate ranges from $ 20 to $ 25. We adhere to all applicable local laws regarding salary transparency and disclose ranges where legally required. The final offer will depend on a variety of factors including market conditions, candidate experience, internal equity, and other relevant considerations. Offers at the top end of the range are uncommon.
