Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with prospective distributor partners
- Achieve targeted new distributor growth goals each quarter
- Prepare weekly sales forecasts and pipeline updates
- Maintain accurate customer and prospect information in Salesforce CRM
- Participate in daily sales meetings and business development discussions
- Create and deliver accurate product quotes to customers
- Track and report new business activity and sales performance
Ideal Background
- Business development or outside sales experience
- Experience in manufacturing, commercial truck equipment, trailers, construction, agriculture, or industrial distribution preferred
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- CRM/Salesforce experience preferred
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and forecasting skills
